FMC (Flexible Manufacture Center) is a full-automatic sheet processing production line imported from Finland, which could realize the full course automatic processing including loading, conveying, punching shear, sorting and bending. It has a turret with 20 working locations, the maximal punching thickness could be 8 mm (steel plate).

數(shù)控角成型機

用于金屬薄板鈑金折彎件角位置加工，成型效果好，只需角成型、剪切飛邊兩步，簡化角加工繁瑣的工序，節(jié)約百分之九十以上的能耗。大幅減少換模及調(diào)整間隙的時間，方模、成型間隙調(diào)整，由數(shù)控系統(tǒng)根據(jù)材料匹配工藝要求的模具及間隙。

噴墨打印機

該機型XY軸均為定制高強度工業(yè)鋁型材，X軸采用加強加寬全鋁型材橫梁、雙靜音導軌結(jié)構設計，保證打印時移動運行穩(wěn)定，提高打印精度。Z軸行程為300mm，便于大型工件放置，高工件也能方便打印。打印平臺有多點調(diào)高裝置，可以保證打印平面任意一點高度誤差在0.2毫米以內(nèi)，使得打印效果更精確。該機型印刷幅面大、速度快、精度高、耐用、故障率低、維護成本低，具有大批量生產(chǎn)性能穩(wěn)定，可適應各種環(huán)境等優(yōu)勢。
